Pre-Order FAQ

Please be aware that pre-orders are expected to take between 6-8 weeks for manufacturing time.

Please do not email us asking for updates, such emails may not be responded to in a timely manner. We will be sending out regular updates to buyers on our pre-order list, please check your spam, and ensure you are subscribed to our emails. 

We will alert you when the shipments arrive to us, and will begin processing your orders as soon as products complete quality control and packaging. Please understand that it may take up to 48 hours for your label to be scanned in to USPS or UPS, and up to a week for DHL orders. 

Please refrain from emailing over "lost" packages until the label has reached 10-days old. Please search your email for emails sent from Arcane Concerted to verify we did not contact you over an address issue. We encourage you to reach out if you think something is wrong - we just ask that you please give our post office time to scan all of these packages in.

If you move between ordering and receiving a shipping confirmation please reply directly to your order confirmation email with a note and your updated shipping address.
